These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of vehicles from Marvel Cars Athens. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
The rental agreement is a legally binding contract between Marvel Cars Athens and the named driver(s). The agreement takes effect upon collection of the vehicle and ends upon its return in accordance with the agreed terms.
All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and hold a valid full driving licence for a minimum of three years. A valid national identity card or passport is required at collection. International customers must present an International Driving Permit alongside their national licence if applicable.
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon vehicle collection. We accept major credit and debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted. Quoted rates include standard insurance cover and VAT.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled collection time are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the total rental fee. No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.
Vehicles may only be used on public roads within Greece unless prior written consent has been obtained. Smoking, vaping, and transporting animals are strictly prohibited. Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or any illegal activity.
All rentals include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Third-Party Liability insurance. The renter remains liable for damage up to the agreed excess amount. Theft, single-vehicle accidents, and damage caused by negligence or violation of these terms may void CDW cover.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank. Failure to return the vehicle with a full tank will result in a refuelling charge plus a service fee.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
